Symphony receives
Bangalore: Symphony Services, which provides product engineering outsourcing services has been crowned the highest possible rating "Strong Positive" by Gartner's MarketScope for Telecom Expense Management (TEM). The customer demand for Symphony's licensed and managed services and processes is on rise. Gartner's definition for telecom expense management "encompasses the business processes conducted by IT and finance departments to acquire, provision and support corporate communications services." In 2008, the company increased the number of mobility assets under management of about more than 300 percent, from fewer than 45,000 to over 1,86,000. "Our high customer satisfaction levels and continued growth in this sector reinforce that our licensed and managed TEM services are the optimal choice regardless of customers' location, current infrastructure and level of spend," said Alan Harlan, President, Product Line Management, Symphony Services. Symphony has also extended its TEM offerings to include integrated, remote infrastructure management software and services, which are all serviced from the company's state-of-the-art data center. It has been certified as compliant with SAS 70 Type II, with Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts on staff. "Securing Gartner's 'Strong Positive' rating for our TEM solutions is both a high honor and, in our opinion, validation for the significant investments we've made to ensure our customers maximize efficiencies and leverage all assets of their telecommunications infrastructure," said Harlan.
